This is a configurable option in Listar, and I figured that this would
make the most sense and look the nicest. But if it's causing problems for
people then I can change it. Listar will still remove the extra "Re:"'s
added by e-mail clients.
Hopefully this won't affect Hypermail's indexing and threading of the list
archive, but I think it'll be fine.
