I used to do that with my MP110.
I use newshield for the MP2100.

If you compare the ratio price/quality, it is of course excellent using the
overhead projector slide.

But there is some reflect on the screen and you have to change the slide
very often as it is easy to scratch it.

There is absolutely nothing in comparison with the nushield protector. I am
not using the slide any more and the price worth it.
