Alexei Kopylov made four apps for the Newton which are available here:

They all work on the MP120/130, but some do not display well on the MP2x00
or the eMate.

Anyway, one of his apps is MINES (which works well on the OS 2.1 machines to=
o).

Here's his description:

Mines for Newton

Adaptation of the well-known =ABMinesweeper=BB. You can change field size an=
d
number of mines. The navigator shows the position of the working window
10x10 within the whole game field. Single tap toggles mine flag,
highlighting opens cells.

Works really nicely, is addictive as it's supposed to be, configurable and
=46REE!!! (like all his other apps...)
