Hello Sushi,

Thank you for the help! Yes, my friend is in native Japanese and she
still lives in Japan (I would love to see it more one day! I had a chance
to briefly visit several years ago and it was wonderful!). I am not sure I
can answer your inquired with specifics, but I will try...

The only idea of the service she uses is via her e-mail address, which
ends in: @h7.dion.ne.jp

I am not sure if this helps, and regretfully she is on vacation at the
moment so I am not able to ask her. Is there something that I can download
that will help my computer interface with her's (thus any files/pictures
she sends)?

So far I have not had trouble with text as she is fluent on English, thus
has pity on my poor language skills (although I have studied a bit of
Japanese and would like to again when time allows).

Thanks Sushi. When she returns from vacation I will ask her to send it as
a .zip file. :-)

I really appreciate all of your time and help! And yes, it is late in
Japan so get some rest! Thanks again. :-)

Most respectfully,

Sam
