As the acting list mom, I guess I need to step up to the microphone and
address this, right? First of all, are you talking about the massive
quoted digest problem, or the fact the somebody's auto responses are
hitting the list?
The basic answer is... I'm not sure. I do know that Victor was at one
point looking to update the list software. It could be that the filter to
catch extra long passages of quoted text was turned off. I don't have a
definitive answer, but I'll be sure that Victor is aware of the problem
when he's back from holidays.
As for the auto replies, I can activate Chris's vacation mode through the
admin commands. Perhaps I'll do that to get rid of the auto replies for
the time being and then let him know that I've changed his settings.
