This is NOT (by far) the worst. All those years that Justice was
prosecuting M$, Defense and other Federal and state government agencies were
MANDATING the use of M$ (Windows and Office) by not only by gov't.
employees, but also contractors, all under the guise of "streamlining"
information processing. Even though there are clear laws against the Gov't.
picking winners and losers without full and open competition. The problem
is that government at every level would have to prosecute itself, which
ain't gonna happen.

I'd detail the results that I've personally seen from this "streamlining",
but we're a mixed Mac & Win group and I don't want to post flame-bait.
