AS a non-American admirer of lots of things from ther US, I was appalled that
Microsoft is to be allowed to grab a monopoly of educational computing by
'Giving' schools obsolete computers. Americans must protest to their elected
representatives in the strongest of terms. Your enemies will seize on things
like this to back up their propaganda that US is 'fundamentally corrupt'.
This is not my opinion by the way, but it does sometimes seem that there are
corrupt practices entrenched in your political system.
