NTK is the dev tool for the already mentioned NewtonScript language. It's
also possible to get the tools necessary to develop in C++, but you'll need
a Mac or an emulator such as Basalisk II. See

BTW, I haven't looked in quite a while, but I thought you had to pay for the
NS Basic tools...
