For me, uploading goes something like this:
1) Open Newton Connection Utilities on my Mac.
2) Open the Dock on my Newt.
3) Connect via: Serial and hit the Connect button on my Newt
4) On the Mac, use the Newton Works Export button (the last of the
"Move information to your Desktop Computer" buttons)
5) After downloading the list of Works docs on your Newt, you will see
a brief dialog box; to get all the documents, choose the doc you want
to upload and click Select. For more than 1 document use the Shift
or Command key when clicking.
6) Save the RTF files. :)
As far as printing from Newton Works straight to, say, a LaserWriter, just
open the document you want to print in Works... then tap the "routing
envelope" and choose "Print document."
