One thing that bit me the first time I upgraded an eMate is
that the instructions tell you to press down on the board till the plastic
clips on the side snap into place and grip the board. They didn't do
that for me. Instead, one of them just snapped off. So, spread the
plastic clips apart yourself, by hand, to encourage them, as you press
down on the upgrade board.
