Yes. (I tried them for help with a Tech Support problem once, but didn't really receive advice of any particular use.) Based on what I've heard, I'm not sure this is a site I'd turn to in time of need...I'm not sure you couldn't get advice just as useful from a Usenet post...but it's nice to see someone there seems to know well enough to refer a Newton problem to someone with enough resources to help.
