Well, since Basilisk is free, and Fusion isn't...I'd have to pick Bas.
Besides, installing Fusion and getting support for CD-ROM/Mouse/etc. is
trickier. You have to mess with DOS, and you have to have the drivers for
your CD and Mouse loading.
Basilisk will at least run under Windows. Performance seems about the same.
