The book is not public domain, so anyplace you could download it, without
paying, would be breaking the law.
The only ethical way around this (still with questionable legality) is to
buy a copy for some other platform, and then download the Newton version
knowing that you paid for a copy of the book.
I don't know of any other sites with it, but it's probably worthwhile to
have the Hotline software anyway. Occasionally they get things that aren't
available elsewhere. Like this.
