What model of the Cross do you have? I bought the barebone Solo, and was so
pleased with it that I ordered the Solo Duo, then one with a stylus tip at one
end and a regular ball point at the other. I was rather disappointed to realize
that the stylus tip doesn't have any protection. I was expecting something like
my Solo classic, where you rotate the pen and the tip retracts, but that was not
the case with the Duo...
