Totally unrelated :), I gave up trying to make my book with Newt's Cape.
It would download all of the HTML into the cache (2MB) and then try to
render it to a package. I kept on running out of heap and getting nasty
-10061 errors. Looking at the TEMPHTML soup, it looks like it made it to
600KB before giving up. Oh well. I've since moved onto using BookMaker.
Tedious... but it seems to be working well. After I'm done this book
I'll probably write a short little BookMaker tutorial.
